Terms of Service

• Membership is available subject to the eligibility requirements and policies of The Era Next Gen Sports.
• Memberships are personal and generally non-transferable, unless expressly permitted by the management in writing.
• Members must provide accurate, verifiable, and complete information during registration.
• Membership access may be provided only after successful registration, verification, and payment as applicable.
• Members must present valid membership identification, biometric credentials, or other required credentials when accessing the club.
• Family or additional-member benefits, where applicable, are available only to individuals specifically registered under the relevant membership plan.
• The Era Next Gen Sports reserves the right to refuse or restrict membership where permitted under applicable law.

Where applicable, Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) or similar maintenance fees shall be payable according to the membership plan and club policy.

Any AMC waiver, lifetime AMC benefit, or other maintenance-related concession will apply only where it has been specifically offered and confirmed in writing as part of the applicable membership plan or promotional offer.

All members, guests, and visitors are expected to maintain appropriate conduct within the premises at all times.

Members must:

• Follow all club rules, safety instructions, and staff directions.
• Treat staff, trainers, coaches, fellow members, and visitors respectfully.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Use equipment and facilities responsibly and return sports equipment after use.
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and non-marking footwear for indoor wooden courts / designated footwear for turfs and pool areas.
• Avoid abusive, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
• Avoid damaging or misusing club property.
• Follow all applicable emergency and safety procedures.

The Era Next Gen Sports reserves the right to deny access, suspend membership, or cancel membership without refund in case of misconduct or violation of rules.

Participation in sports, fitness workouts, swimming, martial arts, gymnastics, training, and other physical activities involves inherent physical exertion and risks.

• Members are solely responsible for ensuring that they are physically, cardiovascularly, and medically fit to participate in the activities they undertake.
• Members should inform the appropriate club staff or certified trainer of any relevant health limitations, medical conditions, or injuries that may affect safe participation.
• Members are strongly advised to seek competent medical advice before beginning any new, rigorous, or intensive physical fitness program.
• Members must use equipment and facilities only for their intended purpose and strictly adhere to all posted safety instructions.
• Participation in any sport or activity is entirely at the member’s own risk. The Era Next Gen Sports is not liable for injuries or health issues arising from personal health conditions, negligence, or equipment misuse.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by management or required by applicable law:

• Membership fees and registration charges are strictly non-refundable.
• No refunds, credits, or fee adjustments will be issued for unused services, partial usage, or voluntary early discontinuation by the member.
• Early termination by a member does not create any right to a monetary refund.
• Promotional, corporate, or discounted memberships are subject to additional non-cancellation terms.
• Any approved exceptional credit, transfer, or adjustment will be handled solely at the discretion of management.

The Era Next Gen Sports reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate membership access without refund if:

• Club rules, code of conduct, or safety guidelines are violated.
• Membership fees, installments, or AMC dues remain overdue.
• False, misleading, or fraudulent information was provided during registration.
• There is theft, vandalism, or deliberate damage to club property.
• Behavior is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive to staff or members.
• Conduct presents a significant safety risk to the club, staff, members, or visitors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, The Era Next Gen Sports, its directors, coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, personal injuries arising from equipment misuse, unattended personal belongings, or service disruptions beyond reasonable control.

The Era Next Gen Sports reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes. The updated version will be published on this website with the revised "Last Updated" date and shall take effect immediately.
